In October, the "Soldier of the Month" award was introduced, with Dollynhoxdd being the first winner. They operated on Club Penguin Brasil initially, and fought against the Total Protection of Island army, being successful and forcing them into closing. The army was split into two branches: the Strikers and the Guardians. The army barred a resemblance to EPF agency within Club Penguin, using the main agents clothing, but with a white color, and occasionally brown if white is not an option. Despite being Brazilian, the two were determined to grow the army and make success out of it. The army was founded in October 19th, 2017, by Cookky2, a former Nachos leader, and Edu14463, a former Water Ninjas leader and popular Brazilian CP blogger. However, the idea never came to be, but Cookky did become the leader of the Nachos by January 2017. The Elite Guardians began it's foundations in December 2016, when Nachos high command at the time, Cookky2, proposed that the Nachos allow him to form a colony of the army titled the "Elite Guardians", due to Cookky being Brazilian and recruiting off of Portuguese servers.
